New Development Proposed for Cleveland Clinic in Walton Hills
A new build-to-suit facility is being proposed for the Village of Walton Hills to support the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. According to communication 822-2026, submitted by Walton Hills Mayor Donald Kolograf, the project involves a proposed Community Reinvestment Area (CRA) exemption agreement pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 3735.673. The development is being proposed by DROF WH #3, LLC in coordination with the Village.
The project is intended to house a Unified Operations Center that will be operated by the Cleveland Clinic. This center is designed to centralize various essential non-clinical operational functions that serve the Ohio market, NEOtrans. The developer, DROF WH #3, LLC, is a partnership consisting of Weston Inc. of Warrensville Heights, DiGeronimo Companies of Brecksville, and Scannell Properties of Indianapolis, Cleveland Magazine.
