New Affordable Housing Development Proposed for Woodhill Center South

A new multifamily housing project is being proposed for Ward 6, located at 10923 Woodland Avenue. Ashley Schweickart, a Senior Development Project Manager with The Community Builders, has submitted a notice of intent via Communication 804-2026 to apply for multifamily funding programs through the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA). The proposed development, known as Woodhill Center South, aims to provide 55 residential units to the area.

This proposal follows previous developments in the immediate vicinity.
