New Mobile Education Project Coming to Cleveland via incYOU Classroom Cruiser

Cleveland is preparing to bring more educational resources directly into local neighborhoods through a new mobile initiative. The City Council has passed emergency ordinance 776-2026, which authorizes the Director of the Department of Community Development to partner with the incYOU Resource Foundation Inc. for the "incYOU Classroom Cruiser" mobile education project. This project will be funded using Ward 10 Casino Revenue Funds to support community-based learning and engagement.
