Cleveland City Council Withdraws Objection to Liquor Permit Transfer on Saint Clair Avenue

Cleveland City Council has moved to allow a liquor permit transfer for a business located at 5915 Saint Clair Avenue. Through Emergency Resolution 774-2026, the Council has officially withdrawn its previous objection to the transfer of ownership for a C1 and C2 liquor permit at this location. This action effectively clears the way for the permit to proceed under its new ownership.

According to the 774-2026-FOR ADOPTION-WITHDRAW-TRFO-5915 Saint Clair Ave-Ward 8 document, the permit (No. 10004576-1) is being transferred to H & S 5915, Inc.
