Cleveland City Council Withdraws Objection to West 130th Street Liquor Permit

Cleveland City Council has moved to allow the transfer of a liquor permit for a business located at 4200 West 130th Street. Through Emergency Resolution 773-2026, the Council has withdrawn its previous objection to the transfer of ownership for the C1 and C2 liquor permit at this location.

According to 773-2026-FOR ADOPTION-WITHDRAW-TRFO-4200 West 130th Street-Ward 13, the permit (No. 10010690-1) is being transferred to Vamra LLC, doing business as Giant Mart. This action repeals Resolution No. 374-2026, which was originally adopted by the Council on March 23, 2026, to object to the permit transfer. The new resolution, introduced by Council Member Kazy, expresses the Council's consent to the permit's immediate transfer.
