Proposed Alley Vacation Near Train Avenue
City officials are considering a plan to officially close off a section of an unnamed alley located south of Train Avenue. The proposal, filed as Ord. No. 759-2026, would vacate a portion of the alley situated between West 56th Street and Cantor Avenue.
According to the City of Cleveland Planning Commission Agenda Draft, this emergency ordinance was introduced by Council Members Santana, Bishop, and Griffin. The measure is currently undergoing administrative review.
