This system, utilized by the Division of Cleveland Public Power, allows for the remote control and monitoring of streetlights across the municipality.

This web-based system is responsible for collecting and presenting both real-time and historical data from street light cabinets and luminaires. The legislation notes that ST Engineering Telematics Wireless Ltd is the sole developer and supplier of this specific software, which manages the T-Light Galaxy products currently deployed on most city streetlights. The total anticipated cost for the three-year term is $89,781.00, with annual payments of $29,927.00 funded through the Cleveland Public Power General Operating Fund starting in October 2026.
