Cleveland Moves Forward with Federal Housing and Community Grants

According to the 520-2026 Ap Ac 2026 CDBG HOME HOPWA ESG grants document, the specific funding allocations include approximately $19,463,970 for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, $4,257,957 for the Federal HOME Investment Partnerships Act Program, $1,764,744 for the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Program, and $2,368,588 for the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Program. To manage these federal entitlement allocations, the city maintains the Department of Community Development Manual, which is updated annually to ensure compliance with federal requirements.
